Terms of Service

Last updated: July 20, 2026 · Preliminary draft

These terms govern use of the ProposalOS marketing website and early product communications. They are provided as a starting draft only.

Acceptance of terms

By accessing the ProposalOS website or requesting a demo, you agree to these preliminary terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or submit inquiry forms.

Intended product use

ProposalOS is an early-stage proposal intelligence product concept intended to help construction and contracting teams organize solicitations, company evidence, drafts, and reviews. Features described on the website may be planned, simulated, or under development.

Account responsibilities

If accounts become available, users are responsible for safeguarding credentials, providing accurate information, and using the service only for lawful business purposes.

Uploaded content ownership

Customers retain ownership of their uploaded documents and company materials. ProposalOS does not claim ownership of customer content submitted for product use.

AI-generated output limitations

AI-assisted drafts and recommendations may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a specific solicitation. Users must review, edit, and approve all content before including it in a proposal.

No guarantee of contract awards

ProposalOS does not guarantee that using the product will result in contract awards, higher scores, or successful bids.

User responsibility for reviewing proposals

Users remain solely responsible for the accuracy, compliance, completeness, and submission of their proposal packages.

Service availability

The website and any early product experiences may change, pause, or become unavailable without notice as development continues.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ProposalOS and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the website or early product materials. This limitation language is preliminary and should be finalized with counsel.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms as the product and legal requirements evolve. Continued use of the website after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
